The skill of the week is the handstand push up. Developing strength to kick up to a handstand and then learning to balance upside down is a great way to work body awareness and core gymnastics strength. If you have never kicked up to a handstand we will start there. If you can get upside down we will begin working your pressing strength. Do not worry it is all scalable. Who knows, you might see handstands on Friday!
