CrossFit Fenway is going to be closed Friday evening, and there will be no invasion workout on Saturday, because Stacey and I will be at the New England Sectionals. Erica and I are competing, and Stacey will be there coaching and cheering us on. As many of you know, we’ve been eagerly anticipating this weekend for a few months. I’d like to thank all of you for the well wishes leading up to the competition. In particular I’d like to thank Patrick, Stacey, and Erica for all their hard work, coaching, and training. I also want to thank JT for making all this possible. Best of luck to our friends from CrossFit Boston competing, and thanks to all who have trained with or helped coach us. It’s awesome some of you are coming down to check it out first hand, and for those of you that aren’t we’ll try to get some blogging done, or post some updates via Twitter.
I’m sure you’re interested in the workouts we’ll be doing, or maybe even want to compete in the future, so tomorrow we’re going to give you a little taste of what we’ll be doing this weekend. Tomorrow’s workout at CrossFit Fenway will be Saturday’s second event, “Fast and Furious”.
