Kelly was last programmed a little over a year ago on June 4th, 2010, a pretty hot day if I remember correctly. While Kelly may be one of the benchmark girls, I consider her closer to a hero workout, due to the time domain, large volume of reps, and mental toughness required to finish. It’s as many wall ball shots as Karen with over mile worth of running and 150 box jumps for good measure. No easy task. Let’s see who’s up for the challenge, and can complete this one in the cap Friday.

This is hands-down my new least favorite WOD ever. I’ve never spent so much time hating a workout while doing it and was THIS CLOSE to refusing to pick up the stupid ball again.
