July Goals

There were a lot of circles, asterisks, check marks, and other exclamations of success when we took down the June goals board.  It’s time to set a goal for July.  Goals should be challenging, but achievable by the end of the month, quantifiable, and positively stated.  If you didn’t quite make it to your goal in June, analyze what went right, or what could have gone better, and either adjust, or restate it as your July goal.  If you were successful in June, pick a new target.  In either case, we all want to know about it.  In addition to the board, share your experiences and successes here in the comments, so we can all learn from them, and celebrate them together.

    WOD: 11:28 Rx.

    I have to say, watching Nate dominate this WOD was almost as much fun as doing it!

  2. DL: 60kg, my back still kinda hurts from last week so didn’t go too hard here

    WOD: 13:19 at what netted out to 38.6kg due to a mix of pounds and kilos. MAN this sucked way worse than i was expecting.
