  1. 37:38 with 20 lbs and a green band on dead-hang pull-ups (please don’t kill me Haley for using a green band – it was 126 dead-hangs!!)

    Quite a bruiser, but twas an honor to finish Sgt Whitaker.

  2. Great efforts by everyone I saw in 5:30a and 6:30a. I subbed 20 rounds of Cindy (5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats) in an effort to stay fresh for the team workout at Forever CF tomorrow.

    Got 15 rounds (Rx) in the first 20:00 (a huge PR from June), then finished the last 5 for a total time of 28:24.

    Kudos to all those honoring SSG Whitaker today.

  3. 35:44, I think, with 25lbs and red/purple then green on the dead hangs. Rather brutal to go back to so much assistance on the pull-ups.

    Dan, your L pull-ups were inspirational.

    Ran until the cap time of 40min. 20# db, green band dead hang pullups, one tired Jen.

    Got through 1 round plus snatches, pullups, snatches, and 10 pullups.

    This is an ugly workout. Not pretty at all.
