Your coaches must be psychic or something.  Without any reprogramming, you asked for it, and now, almost instantly you’re getting it, including Jackie Friday.  People love chippers.  I consider the purest definition of a chipper to be a workout with a non-repeating list of multiple movements that is gone through once, for time. Jackie is one of only a couple chipper girl workouts.  Row fast, but not so fast you can’t get right off the erg and pick up the barbell.  Once racked, don’t put down the barbell.  Survive the pull-ups, and have fun.

    I’m excited about the improvement! The thrusters were still pretty rough and my pull ups need lots of work…especially when I’m tired.

    7 Rounds 400m run
    29 Squats (Rx is 135#)

    28:00 @ 95#
    Played it conservative on this one because of the pure volume of squats and the fact that we don’t do squats in WODs that often. In hindsight, I could have probably gone up to 115#, but a good WOD none the less. Happy everything everybody!
