    6 rds + 10 reps (35kg/1.5pd/24″)

This was much more difficult than I’d anticipated, very humbling. Great job 0530 crew!

    In your honor, SSG Martin.

Well team, my shin guards and I are heading to the midwest. This has been such a great year, I don’t even know where to start! It’s been so much fun gettin huge alongside all of you. A special thanks to Stacey and the morning crew for the most excellent coaching and camaraderie.

Best of luck to Stace and the team in CA next week! Also if any of you ever randomly find yourself in St Louis, come work out with me here http://www.crossfitsouthcity.com and then we can go on a tour of the Budweiser factory.

    1. Julie D, you will be missed! Only you could pull off the Halloween Invasion in the Flintstones costume. Best wishes and keep in touch!

    2. Can we start a thread of favorite moments with Julie?

      – Julie RXs Murph, shreds her hands, and then ingeniously duct tapes on vinyl gloves to wash her hair
