I’d Rather Be Cleaning

The clean is arguably the king of all lifts, its only peer being the snatch.  Cleaning is the best way to take an object from the ground  to the rack position.  The object begins at our feet being pulled and within seconds is moved to our shoulders being supported, ready to be lifted overhead.  No other movement develops as many of the elements of fitness while creating explosiveness like the clean.  We’ll be working the the clean all week with a medicine ball, so come in and develop some elite athleticism of your own.

Complete 6 rounds of:

30 seconds push-ups/30 seconds plank hold
