Our regular class times are one hour sessions, Monday through Friday. Members log in through our SCHEDULING page, and lock in the time you want – you can see all our class times there. Visitors are invited to email us at email@example.com at least 24 hours in advance to see if we can accommodate you: see our Visiting Fenway page for more details.
If you’re interested in having a class at a specific time, let us know! Our business model centers around YOU being successful, not selling you a membership you never use. As schedules change for holidays or other occasions, we’ll post that on the main page to let you know.
Part of CrossFit’s methodology is constantly varying the conditions. On Saturdays, we change the conditions by removing the class size limit. You reserve the class just like any other, but the workout will frequently be longer, or team-based, or otherwise varied from our usual weekday programming.
Competition Team Training
On Saturdays we also host our “Competitors Training”. This is a special session for members who are interested in competing in CrossFit events. We program workouts to help prepare for the high-skill movements in CrossFit competition and the rigors of multiple-WOD event days. If you’d like to compete in CrossFit and want to train with our team, contact Eric to discuss your eligibility for Competition Training.
We also offer 1-on-1 personal training sessions. If you’d like to work with a Fenway coach for personal training, the cost is $120 per hour. Contact Eric to schedule your personal training sessions!
We’re also available for private consultations, one-on-one focus trainings, and general questions throughout the business day Monday through Friday. We’re definitely there for all our class times, and we’re there most of the rest of the day as well. If you want to be sure, just drop us a line and we’ll make sure we’re available for you anytime.
The one time we aren’t in the facility during operating hours is when we are out getting trained, ourselves. CrossFit Fenway is dedicated to maintaining the highest standard of training – and a big part of that is keeping the trainers top notch. We’ve scheduled time to work with olympic lifting coaches, acrobatic instructors, and other CrossFit Affiliates to broaden and deepen our knowledge and coaching skills and ensure that we are at our best. After all, we can’t help you go further unless we are also moving forward.
