  1. Total time including rests: 27:01 (65# thrusters and a red band on the pull-ups). Great job by everyone in the 5:30, RIP Capt Holbrook.

  2. 33:50 with 40kg thrusters. way too slow..should have gone lighter on my thrusters as 40 kg was only 5 kg off my 5 rep max.

  3. So…I was informed by my wife that last week was our 1 yr. Crossfit Fenway anniversary and as a present, we would be doing the baseline workout – I was pretty happy about that as I have been feeling a bit beat up and was looking forward to a short workout. When I got home late last night, she asked, “Have you seen the workout?” – Surprised, I replied, “I thought you said we were doing baseline?”…She proceeded to laugh at me hysterically and said – baseline is our warm-up; “Do you really think Stacey would let you do just baseline on a hero day?”

The moral of the story: After one year of Crossfit (Fenway), I went from having a workout nearly kill me to having it as my warm-up. I just want to thank all the coaches and the amazing CFF community for everything that you do. This has been the best year of training in my entire life.

P.S.- Proud of my wife for being such a bad-ass

    Baseline: 4:43
Holbrook: (only did 5 rounds as I was pretty shot from my “warm-up)- 13 min and change.
