  1. It was a blast celebrating Ludachristmas with the 6:30am class this morning. Big ups to Claire for doing the pull-ups in the workout band-less. And I’ve apparently ditched the knee push-ups for good (Stacey said so).

    WOD: 22:25 @30Kg and red & purple bands.

  5. 20:47, a handful of pull-ups unbanded, the rest on red. Two rounds RX thrusters, then 65 lbs. So let’s call that 20-25% RX. 🙂

  6. haha i thought the same thing, eric… until i realized that they did TEN rounds at that regionals. and then my hopes were crushed!

    Days 53-55 of the 100 Day Push-Up Challenge = 163 push-ups

    Practice with the rope between sets, then 125 double-unders in a secret and undisclosed amount of time. Still much work to be done.
