The only word that came to mind when I thought of today’s workout was “grime”.  Row, wall ball, run doesn’t seem like the most exciting thing to do, but it is grind, and a hell of a workout.  Everyone can row and run, and you can always do another wall ball.

Workouts like this usually cause people to get lazy on range of motion and movement standards.  Make sure you aim for quality reps as you are blasting through the workout.
