Great Week

Lots of memories in that journal

From where I sit it’s been a great week so far.  I saw a ton of progress on snatch technique Monday, a whole mess of PR’s on the front squat Tuesday, and plenty of grit and determination on the metcons, including the challenge of 400m of walking lunges on Wednesday.  The attitude and progress of our community is inspiring.  The best part of this week is that there’s still a lot left.

We’ve got another great week on deck too.  It’s going to be amazing to have a bunch of you joining the competitors out in California, with even more or you cheering us on from home, enjoying the coaching of Dennis and Sam.

    WOD: 17:53, 7 no band pull ups, then red. It was ugly.

      I am REALLY feeling yesterday’s lunges!!

      1. yes, to quote my sister-in-law after one of her early cross-fit workouts…I am walking like a pirate! Forget stairs!
