The first event of the North East Garage Games Series, the North East Fire Breather Festival is this Saturday and Sunday, September 24th and 25th at CrossFit New England. We have several athletes representing CrossFit Fenway in both the scaled and RX divisions. These folks have been training hard, putting in extra effort, and consulting members of the CrossFit Fenway staff for guidance. If any competitors need assistance in their final game day preparations, please speak with one of the CFF coaches for pointers. I want to make sure our athletes get the same great support our community has always provided. I know I’m looking forward to being there on the other side of the rope this weekend, cheering hard, and doing whatever I can to help, just as those competing have done for me several times over the last couple of years.
Complete as many reps as possible in 9 minutes following the rep scheme below:

3 Ring Dips
This is a timed workout. Once you complete the round of 3, go on to 4. Once you complete 4, go on to 5, etc.
