Just her name makes me nauseous, but as the most famous CrossFit girl, she is a benchmark, and a valuable tool for measuring our fitness progress.  We just did Fran back on December 18th, so tomorrow is a great chance for everyone to see how far they’ve come in that time.  Increase your weight on the thrusters, use less assistance on the pull-ups, and finish faster.


Tomorrow is also Jon W’s last workout at CrossFit Fenway (for now), and we’re sending him off with a nasty one.  Best of luck Jon, for tomorrow, and for your upcoming adventure.
