Friday’s name workout includes our skill of the week, double unders, but it’s not Annie. Football Gone Bad is CrossFit Football‘s answer to Fight Gone Bad. The movements are a little different, but the concept is the same. Bring your helmet.
WOD: Football Gone Bad
In this workout you move through five stations for one minute each for three rounds. A one minute break is allowed between rounds. The stations are:
1. Dumbbell Thrusters (45#/35#)
2. Box Jumps, 20″
4. Double Unders
5. Calorie Row
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate” you must move to the next station immediately. One point is given for each rep.
Registration for the Spartan Race is currently available, but the price goes up by $10 after July 18th. This 5K featuring “outrageous obstacles” should be a fun little challenge.
