Football Gone Bad

This fun (in my opinion) twist on Fight Gone Bad is this Friday’s workout.  There are a lot more reps to be had in this one than the original, primarily because of the station with the jump rope.  Let’s see who has a bit of Tebow magic, or if anyone can break a scoring record like Gronk.

Football Gone Bad
In this workout you move through five stations for one minute each for three rounds.  A one minute break is allowed between rounds.  The stations are:

1. Dumbbell Thrusters (45#/35#)
2. Box Jumps, 20″
3. Push-ups
4. Double-unders
5. Calorie Row

The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate” you must move to the next station immediately.  One point is given for each rep.
