First Time for Everything


Despite protests from our walls, tomorrow’s going to be the first time we have handstand push-ups programmed as part of our metcon.  It’s also the first time burpee box jumps are showing up, but the handstand push-ups are coming with much more anticipation, especially after we worked on handstands a couple weeks ago.  Whether you’re doing full head to floor handstand push-ups, or modifying the movement, give it everything you’ve got, and watch as you improve the next time we see handstand push-ups in a workout.

Complete 4 rounds for time of:

10 burpee box jumps

5 handstand push-ups
