I asked for it and you delivered. Stacey and I know a couple skills you’d like to work on (handstands and rings) and they will be coming. In order to obtain this valuable information we asked a lot of you face to face. I may be the one writing this mess, but the blog is really for and about you and what you are capable of. If you want to see something in the programming, comment on it. If you liked or disliked a workout, comment on it. Want to give someone or a whole class some dap? Comment on it. Finally, even if a post doesn’t say “post loads and time for WOD to comments”, you should definitely comment on what you did in that day’s class. Like I said, this is all about you, and the more feedback you give us, the better we can work with you to reach your fitness goals.
