In my opinion Eva is one of the toughest girls. She’s like Helen (which I really like), but with more volume, and more weight. Think about it, 2.5 miles of running, 150 heavy kettlebell swings, and 150 pull-ups. Sure it’s for time, but just being able to complete Eva deserves at least a small badge of honor. On second thought, don’t think about it, just do it.

Acupuncture is now available at CrossFit Fenway! Anna Israel, who many of you already know from class, will be treating CrossFitters and outside patients on Wednesdays from 2 PM to 6 PM.
