Escape from New York

The CrossFit Fenway team is on our way back from a good weekend at the CrossFit Games. It was great to receive well wishes from so many of you, and awesome to have Claire, Tiff, Shruj, Jen K., Scott, Mandy, Lesley, Brooke, Michelle, Heather, Ron and Dana out there cheering us on. After an uneventful flight from Los Angeles, our flight from New York to Boston has been canceled. We’re seeking alternatives to get back home to our community, our box, and business as usual. There will certainly be recaps of the action from this past weekend in the coming days, but for now we’ve got to make like Snake Plissken and figure out how to escape from New York.

  1. Jerk – 75kg
    Failed at 80kg after 4 reps, so then I naturally went heavier to 82kg and failed after 3reps.
    WOD: 3:40 Rx – I never let go of the bar on the T2B’s, which is good, but I still can’t figure out how to kip on this motion.
