    WOD – 3 + 40. The switch from TTB to PU was BRUTAL! I lost my pull-ups completely and then found them again around round 3…

    1. Don’t be fooled, Claire totally rocked on the pull-ups today. Going from kipping TTB to kipping pull-ups was monumentally confusing to my entire body.

  2. PP — 45kg on the 4th set but failed to effectively budget my time.

    WOD — 4 + 29 Rx, ughhhh the whole way through.
