Dedicated to Army Sgt 1st Class Daniel Crabtree who was killed in Al Kut, Iraq on Thursday June 8th 2006.

It’s a lot of volume, but it’s supposed to be tough.  You all know the movements, so execute them as close to perfect as you can, and give it everything you’ve got in Daniel’s honor.

Friday is day 22 of the 100 Burpee Challenge.  For only 253 burpees, entry to the challenge can be yours.

For the first time since being traded to the Dodgers, Manny Ramirez returns to Fenway Park on Friday.  It’s a little overhyped, and should be mildly entertaining, but as a result there is no parking during the Friday evening classes.

  1. 22:58 (not Rx, Scrappy-scaled), and the pool of sweat on the sidewalk is my fault.

  2. 24:0? (Rx) – Was totally psyched out for the 95# thrusters but Stacey pushed me to do it – THANKS STACEY!! Great work by all in the 7:30, Dennis set a sick pace!

  3. wow, great times by the AM classes once again. When I saw the workout this morning, I figured it would take me about 34 to 36 minutes… great pace so far from all the classes!

  4. 26:something Rx

I joined April 2nd with no kipping pull-up and 5 deadhangs at best. Today I did 100 kipping. Likely more being that I lost count in the first set and kept going to make sure.

    Here’s to progress, eh?

  5. Daniel, RIP.

Did this one on my own, never rx’d more than 50 pull ups before.
    29:47 rx
The last 2 Thrusters were a new level of Hell I had yet to experience.
