The CrossFit Total consists of warming up and then making three attempts of a single rep in the back squat, shoulder press, and deadlift. Your score is the combined total of your highest single attempt in each lift. Egos must be left at the door on this one. Whether you’ve been with us for more than a month, or if tomorrow’s your first class this is a great gauge of your overall strength.
FYI: Tomorrow there will be a no-host gathering to say goodbye to Trainer Steve and the Rasts. We’ll be meeting at CrossFit Fenway at 8 PM after class and heading out to one of the fine neighborhood drinking establishments.
