CrossFit Games Open 2011.2

No fooling around this April 1st.  It’s another opportunity to compare yourself against CrossFitters around the world, as we take on the second workout from the 2011 CrossFit Games Open.  Just like the first one, this workout is very accessible.  The deadlift is relatively light, the range of motion is being strictly enforced on the push-ups, but they’re nothing new, and the box heights are standard.  Go for the RX, see how you do, then come watch competing members of the CrossFit Fenway family get after it Saturday afternoon.

12 Hand Release Push-ups
15 Box Jumps (24″/20″)

    This is a pretty big W for me because I did the most non-wormy, solid plank push-ups I’ve probably ever done in my life! Best of luck to everyone tomorrow!

    15 min AMRAP
    9 Deadlifts (155#)
    12 Hand Release Push-ups
    15 jumps over weight bench (for some reason they didn’t have any boxes)
