The exact time domain of a GORUCK Challenge is at the discretion of the cadre leading the exercise, but it’s generally between 11 and 14 hours of Indian runs, log carries, bear crawls, farmer carries, and “water aerobics”, performed under the load of at least one ruck. The photo below shows Scrappy during the 9/11 Memorial GORUCK Challenge in NYC, carrying 2 rucks, each containing 4 bricks, food, and a couple of liters of water, while still managing a big smile.
