Army Sgt. Keith Adam Coe, 30, of Auburndale, Fla., assigned to the 1st Battalion, 37th Field Artillery Regiment, 3rd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., died April 27th, 2010, in Khalis, Iraq, of wounds sustained when enemy forces attacked his unit with an explosive device. He is survived by his wife Katrina Coe, two sons, Killian and Keith Jr., and daughter, Klover.

FIGHT GONE BAD 6: Less than 2 weeks left to register, fundraise, and prepare for Fight Gone Bad 6.  This year the Special Operations Warrior Foundation, the Infant Swim Resource, and Camp Patriot are benefiting from the fundraising efforts.  We’ll be running heats at CrossFit Fenway on Saturday morning, September 17th in lieu of an invasion workout.  Athletes of all abilities are welcome, and encouraged to sign up and join in this amazing community event as a part of the CrossFit Fenway team.

    25:35 at 25kg and ring push ups. and now i have a really sweet rope burn on my left arm

  3. WOD: 26: something at about 19kg for the thrusters. I found the ring pushups to be really tough and ultimately scaled to a creative version of knee pushups to get through! Time to work on pushups!

    This was one of the tougher WOD’s for me. Thrusters are not my strong suit. Great job by the 6 pm. Thanks to everyone for the extra motivation at the end. Definitely needed it.
