Clean and Clean Some More

Thursday we’ve got cleans in the strength and in the conditioning elements of class.  You’re going to have plenty of opportunity to work through hang power cleans, all the way to full squat cleans from the floor, and every variation in between.  See how much weight you can move, and figure out if you’re going to give the conditioning work a go as prescribed.CFF_041410-3144

New Services! – CrossFit Fenway is finalizing arrangements for having a few wonderful massage therapists on staff to help you all feel better after a good workout (or anytime). To help us better serve you, please send us an email or post to the comments below about when YOU would most like to have a massage at CFF? Before or after class, and which classes/times? Weekends?

Some of our members are participating in the Hoppin’ Mad Mud Run this Sunday, May 16th at 11 AM in Amesbury, MA.  It’s a 10K run that includes military obstacles.  This is a great chance to put all of your hard work to use in a fun, challenging event.  Please let us know if you’re interested in participating, so we can help get everyone in contact.

Parking Update: The Sox are out of town at Detroit, so we’ve got parking all day Thursday.

  1. in re to massages… i’d def be interested in post-workout, i’m typically cf’ing at night (5 or 6). i think this would be great for my recoveries!

  2. WOD 11:51

Huge props to Mike LA for dominating the cleans in the WOD. I think I was on number 8 when he started and number 23 when he left, which implies he doubled my pace. Wow. Nice job.
