Claudia

Claudia’s not exactly one of the well known girls.  You won’t find her listed in The Mainsite FAQ (then again, you won’t find Christine there either), and as far as I know other CrossFitters won’t ask you to compare Claudia times like they would with Fran.  No, Claudia’s not the most popular girl out there, but we found her name in the back of the WODBook and figured why not give her a try.  Come in Tuesday to get some more running in while we still can.

  1. Bench: 42kg for 5; 45kg for a fast 4 and then my arms just wouldn’t move. It was weird.

    WOD: 15:50 Rx I thought this was a fun one, and it definitely didn’t seem as long as it was.

      1. Thanks Scott. Unbroken swings were the key (and putting the KB down nicely so that the music doesn’t skip turned out to be the real skill!).

      I think LL Cool J is more of an appropos character for your resurrection…Don’t Call it a Comeback (and all that)…but maybe because that’s just because I like bass.
