Christine was last programmed on July 30, 2010.  It’s an interesting bench mark, because the prescribed weight for the deadlifts is your bodyweight.  If you’ve been with us since last time we did Christine there’s no doubt in my mind that you’re stronger, but there’s also a distinct possibility that you’re also lighter.  Therefore, contrary to yesterday’s post this one just got easier.  Or did it?  If the RX went down because of your amazing progress, and you’re fitter, better able to pull the deads, as well as complete the rowing and box jumps, that just means you can go that much faster.  Push that much harder.

    9 + 2 with only one (new) red band on the pull-ups! Lemons were much harder than air squats for me.

    Only KP pukes with a smile! Good job on Christine everyone.

  2. 16:34 RX @ 67kgs. That was pretty exciting.

    Compared to 7.29, 15:54 at 35kg. Memorable for two reasons – this was my first girl/hero wod (I was afraid of Fridays for a long time) and it was also the day of my big shin injury.
