But just like pulling up a chair at the big table, this game requires a high degree of skill to be successful. You’re going to need pretty much every one of the ten components of fitness to play at these high stakes and pull down a big pot.
Bad poker analogies aside, we’re testing all of your skills with this one. The AMRAP format and ascending rep scheme makes it a great chance to try out the handstand push-ups you’ve been working on, go heavy with the squat cleans, or both. Run fast, then see what you can do with these technical movements.
