Tuesday the Lungenslam is back. It may not have its own Wikipedia page (yet), but this is still an explosive, dare I say fun movement. Basically a moving med ball slam, the Lungenslam requires use of your entire body, especially on the slam. The more force you use to hurl that vinyl-coated polyester sphere at the ground, the quicker you’ll be able to get onto the next rep. Let’s hope our balls can handle it.

Fight Gone Bad has raised more than $2 million in its first four editions. This year LIVESTRONG, Wounded Warrior Project, and the CrossFit Foundation are benefiting from the fundraising efforts. On Saturday, September 25th we’ll be running our heats. At this writing CrossFit Fenway has raised a combined $8,321. Registration to join the fight as part of the CrossFit Fenway team is open until Wednesday, September 22nd.
The Sox are home Tuesday, so there’s no free parking available during evening classes.
