We worked on kipping pull-ups back at the end of December, and a lot of you made great progress then. This week we’re working on them again. Learning a kipping pull-up will develop better control of your body in space and core to extremity strength, as well as making any workouts that include pull-ups suck less. Not only will you be able to do more pull-ups faster, but you won’t have to get into and out of a band every time you want to get some reps, which will also allow you to do more work more quickly.
