5 rounds timed individually of:
Rest 3 minutes between each round.
Each round is a sprint. This is a test of your ability to quickly recover, and your goal should be to do each round just as fast, if not faster than the previous one. The rest period is just long enough to let you catch your breath, but not long enough to make the next round seem appealing. This is a tough one, physically and mentally, but I have confidence you’ll all put up a strong showing.
