My Thanksgiving journey to the Sunshine State had a lot of what you’d probably expect. Les and I did a bunch of Florida stuff, like driving around in a Mustang, sitting by the pool, golfing, and taunting alligators. It was also great to see our families all together at the same time, the purpose of the trip.
Whenever I’m on the road I like to take the opportunity to visit other CrossFit affiliates to see how they do things, and what I can learn to be a better coach, athlete, or owner. Lucky for me CrossFit Del Ray Beach is a short drive from where I was staying, and they’re a very welcoming bunch. I’m incredibly appreciative of everyone over at CFDRB for having me on 6 of the 8 days I was in town, helping to take the edge off missing my home box and extended family here at Fenway. Thank you to the coaches and the entire CrossFit Del Ray Beach community for an awesome addition to my vacation. I highly recommend checking out their facility.
