Angie’s a high maintenance girl. She’s a lot of work, but that doesn’t mean she’s not fast. A lot of times when thinking about high volume workouts in CrossFit we assume the time domain is going to be in the 20 minute range, or longer. That doesn’t need to be the case with Angie though, she can certainly be done in less than 20 minutes. Have a plan for tackling the pull-ups and push-ups, and don’t break up the sit-ups and squats. Angie is one to attack, not plod through. Get after her.
