As Many Baselines As Possible. Tuesday we’re taking on a favorite body weight conditioning benchmark, turning it into a time priority workout, and seeing how many times you can get it done in 15 minutes. Completing a single time through the baseline in around 4 minutes is a solid score. Can you hit the mark? Can you hold the pace? We’ll find out.
