A Test of Fortitude

Walking lunges in a workout usually aren’t that bad.  Put enough of them in though, say 400m worth, and it’s a different story.  Like burpees or air squats, you will not reach a point where you cannot do another.  You may not want to, but you can always get one more done.  This is one of those workouts where you just have to put your head down, and push through.  It’s actually more challenge than workout (your score is less significant than the fact you completed it), and definitely one where the shared suffering of your friends in class helps drive you to the finish.

    Did this down at the MIT track. Nice, soft track surface. Not concrete. Great job to everyone who toughed this one out at CFF.
