30 Rounds

It’s a lot of rounds this Thursday, but it’s only 4 reps at a time.  Some of you mentioned that you like clean & jerks mixed into your conditioning workouts.  Here they are.  This is Grace with a couple pesky burpees thrown in after each lockout of the barbell, preventing you from getting into a rhythm.  Get the weight overhead, get yourself down on the deck, get up, get down, get up, and do it all again.  30 times.  Fast as you can.

  3. 60kg for the OHS and 17:28 RX for the WOD, looks ten times easier than it actually is. And boy do I miss the box back at Fenway! I hope all is well there!

  4. OHS: 60kg. jumped to 70 for 2, I think I could have handled the weight for 3, but lost balance on the last one..

    WOD: 9:51rx. I really enjoyed this one, and like working out with the 11:30 crew. Compared to 6pm, the gym is downright chill at noon!

    OHS: 48kg
    WOD: 7:03 at 45kg. Definitely will be looking to Rx this one next time.
