STRENGTH
Three sets of:
Front Rack Alternating Reverse Lunges x 10 reps each leg @ 20X1
Rest 60 seconds
KB Lateral Lunges x 5 reps each leg @ 20X1
Rest 2 minutes

WOD
Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes, complete the following work
Minutes 0 – 2: 400 meter run
Minutes 2 – 4: 20 Box Jumps + 20 Wall Balls
